1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you email us. Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. Please do not send sensitive information.
When you visit. Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It does so to keep the site running and secure. We do not use this information to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools. Fonts are served from this website itself; your browser does not contact any font service.
3. How we use it
We use what you send us to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information only to operate and secure the website. Our legal basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us and in keeping the website secure.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, under terms that limit their use of it to providing that service, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep emails and our replies for up to 3 years after our last exchange with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or we need them to deal with a legal claim.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing us. If you are in the UK, you have the right under the UK GDPR to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy of it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would like the chance to help first. People in US states with privacy laws may have similar rights.
7. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States. If you write to us from the UK, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, using our providers' standard safeguards for international transfers (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this notice. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
