This is an informational website about the Company and its products. It has no accounts, no purchases and no sign-ups. Each product we offer to the public, such as CareerCaseOS, does so on its own website and under its own terms, which govern that product or service. These Terms cover this website only.

Content on this website is general information about the Company. It is not legal, HR, employment, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and reading it does not create any professional relationship with us. Descriptions of our products describe what each one does; they are not offers, and features may change.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
10. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before either of us files a claim, we each agree to try to settle it informally for 30 days after written notice. If we cannot, the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida will decide it, and either of us may use a small claims court where the claim qualifies. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not take away any consumer protection that the law where you live gives you. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of that place still apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
