Everything we make starts from the same place: possibilities. Each product solves a real problem and makes something easier for the people who use it, so they can live a better life. The products differ. The aim does not.

Years in human resources showed him how many people work hard and still go unseen. Helping them grow is the work he cares about most.

This is not his first company.

From 2010 he spent about a decade partnering with Fortune 500 companies to place contractors in work-from-home roles.

The problem he had to solve was turning a call center built for a building into a virtual one, with no map to follow.

It was worth solving because of who it opened the door for: military families, parents caring for children at home, people with disabilities, people in rural areas miles from the nearest city, and anyone who needed flexibility, safety or simply the comfort of working from home.

What came out of that is the work he still does: helping people build something around their own talent. It is also why the career work is held to a practitioner's standard rather than a marketer's.
